No, this is not possible at the moment. The POSTOPLAN functionality differs from the functionality of a specific social network or messenger.

What types of content can I publish?

You can use texts, emojis, images, GIFs, videos, links, and hashtags for your post.
The ability to publish videos and GIFs, as well as more than 1 photo in a post, is available only for VIP status.

How to Work with the Graphics Editor?

In the Graphics Editor, you can prepare images for publication in your accounts. To do this, upload your image to the editor by clicking on Upload photo or use our photo library:

After adding an image to the Graphics Editor, the following menu will appear on the screen. Here you can apply a filter to the image, change the size for a specific social network, crop and align the photo, as well as add text, stickers, and dialog:

It allows you to quickly create a photo and post it on your social networks. To do this, you need to select the image category and size, add text to the image, and format it:

Bulk Upload and Scheduling Content with CSV

POSTOPLAN provides you with a bulk upload feature that allows scheduling several posts at once by importing CSV data.
The bulk upload has several steps in which you need to:
  1. Fill in the data for your messages.
  2. Select the accounts to which you plan to publish each post.
  3. Schedule your publications.
How to Schedule Posts Using Bulk Upload
Go to the Post Editor by clicking on Schedule a Post and find the CSV Import in the upper right corner of the screen:

STEP 1. Preparing and uploading a CSV file.
At this step, you need to upload the finished CSV file. You can view our CSV file template and edit it, if necessary. Your file should contain the following information:
• Date
• Message
• Media URLs

Please fill in the following fields:
In this column, type the date and time as follows:

mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm

Today (means the current day)
Next Friday (Monday to Sunday)

Note: If you do not specify a specific time for publishing, the default time will be 00:00 or 12:00 AM.
For a successful posting, you have to strictly adhere to the date and time format.
This column allows you to add text to your posts. If you want to attach a link, paste it in this field.
Media URLs:
If you want to attach a video or image from a public source to your post, paste the URL to the required media file in this column. Links shall be direct and end with .jpg, .png, or .MP4 (note that POSTOPLAN only publishes MP4 videos).

Note. You can schedule up to 100 posts for your social networks in one CSV file. If more than 100 posts need to be scheduled, please split your CSV into several files.
Upload the finished CSV file by clicking on the corresponding button:

STEP 2. Selecting accounts
After successfully uploading of the file, you get into the Uploaded Post View section. You can start editing and selecting accounts for publication by clicking on the icon:

Your post will appear in the editor, where you can change the text, add any link or image, change the time and date, select accounts for publication, add hashtags and emoji, set up recurring posting, etc.
STEP 3.  Finishing publication.
After clicking on Schedule, your post will move to the Content Plan section:

Or you can save it as a draft. To do this, at the very bottom of the Post Editor page, click on the More button and select the Save to Draft option:

Troubleshooting: Special Character Issue
If you faced the special character or UTF-8 issues in your CSV file, first convert the file at the following website:
Change the encoding from Default to ISO-8859-1 (Latin No. 1) and try uploading CSV again.

Do I have to add images/videos to my posts?

No. Posts can be published without images/videos. But remember that posting to Instagram is impossible without a photo.

What is a post character limit?

There is no character limit in POSTOPLAN. But remember that each social network has its own character limit for a post.
For example, on Instagram, you can add only 2,200 characters (including spaces) to each post. On Facebook, the post character number is slightly less—2,000. On Twitter, only 280.

How do I create and schedule a post?

On the website homepage, at the very bottom, there are links to detailed guidelines on how to create and schedule a post on social networks and messengers using POSTOPLAN:

How do I create a draft post?

After adding content into a post, you can save it as a draft. To do this, at the very bottom of the Post Editor page, click on the More button and select the Save to Draft option:

To get to the Drafts page, go to the Content plan section and click on the Drafts button:

On the Drafts page, you can find your future posts, edit them, change the date and time of publication, add media and emoji, change text, add accounts, or delete drafts:

Image—contains a preview of the media file added to the post (image/video/gif)
Text—the text of your post 
Account—the social media accounts selected for your post
Date of publication—the date on which the post is scheduled
Actions—to edit or delete the current post

You can also bulk schedule or delete posts from the Drafts section. To do this, tick the necessary posts in the checkbox or tick “Select all” and select the “Schedule” or “Delete” action:

To schedule the selected posts, just click on the Schedule button. Then, you will be taken to the page to edit the selected posts. To include the post in the Content plan, expand the Draft and click on the Schedule button:

Repeat this step for each post. Scheduled Drafts are available in the Content Plan section.

How are posts subtracted from my total balance?

If you publish/schedule a post to only one account, only one post is subtracted from your balance. And if, for example, you want to publish/schedule a post to 5 accounts at once, 5 posts will be subtracted from your total balance.

I’ve purchased a VIP/Lifetime VIP status, but my subscription is inactive

If you purchased a VIP/Lifetime VIP status and your subscription is still inactive, it is possible that your payment was not processed by a Payment Aggregator.
To resolve this issue, please contact our Support Team, providing the following data:
– email address to which your POSTOPLAN account is registered;
– payment amount;
– payment system used;
– last 4 digits of your card.
We’ll check and report the status of your payment in our system.

Does a VIP/Lifetime VIP plan include all future POSTOPLAN updates?

Yes, all future updates are included in VIP/Lifetime VIP status.

How do I buy additional posts?

If you run out of available posts, you can always buy additional ones.
To do this, use the blue button at the top right in your account:

When you purchase additional posts, your monthly limits are not increased. Purchased posts are charged once and will be available until you use them all, regardless of the billing period.

How are posts counted?

Each newly registered user automatically gets a FREE status in his/her POSTOPLAN account. The number of posts is updated to 50 every month. In a FREE status, a new month period starts on the day of user registration.
After purchasing a VIP status, the user has a limit of 200/500/1,500 posts monthly (the number of posts depends on the status selected). In this case, the number of posts is also updated monthly, and a new month period starts on the day of purchasing VIP status.
For a Lifetime deal (not available for all language versions), we offer 3 types of Lifetime VIP with a various monthly number of posts: Lifetime VIP Light — 200 posts, Lifetime VIP Medium — 500 posts, and Lifetime VIP Gold — 1,500 posts.
Please note that posts that are published from RSS are also counted.
You can view the date of updating the number of posts in the Settings => Tariff plan section:

Are calendar posts automatically published to my page?

Only those posts that were scheduled by you will be published automatically. All other calendar text is just post ideas. They are not automatically posted to your social networks.

How does the publication calendar filter work?

In the Publication Calendar, posts can be filtered by category. You can use both standard category names or change them manually at your discretion when scheduling a post:

Why did an error occur while adding an image/video to a post?

If, while adding an image or video to a post, an error message is displayed, then this file type is not supported by POSTOPLAN.
What types of files are supported: 
Images: jpg, png, gif.
Video: mp4. 
Please note that video sharing is not available on Linkedin.

Why didn’t my post appear at the scheduled time?

If your post didn’t appear at the scheduled time, you’ll receive an error message in your POSTOPLAN account. This message shows you the reason why your post failed to publish. To address the problem, additional actions may be required.
Very often, this happens because the token is expired. This is a normal situation for scheduled posting via API. In such cases, you need to reconnect your account.
If you’ve followed all of the steps specified in the error message but it didn’t help and you still receive this error, you need to contact our support team and provide a detailed description of the situation.

How do I add a link to my post?

To add a link to a post, copy it to clipboard and just paste it into your post. The social network itself will transform the link according to its internal regulations (insert a preview, add a title and a short description).

How can I connect a RSS feed to POSTOPLAN?

1. Go to a website that supports RSS;
2. Find the icon/button pointing to RSS and click on it;
3. Copy the link and add it to the RSS feed field in POSTOPLAN:
Please note:

1. The posts published from RSS feed are also counted.
2. The stream of posts from RSS feed is published automatically.
3. Posting to Instagram from RSS feed is not available for news without an image.

Where can I see a list of scheduled posts?

You can find the list of the project’s scheduled posts in the Publication Calendar on the main page of your account by selecting the relevant project. In doing so, 2 forms are available to you: a calendar and a direct list of future posts.

Where can I see a list of all published posts?

A list of all published posts can be found in the Activity section. Just click on the icon of your POSTOPLAN account at the top right and go to this section:

You can copy and use the posts already published for posting again.

An error occurred while connecting your account to POSTOPLAN

If our service recognizes your connected account as an error, most likely you have entered incorrect data.
Firstly, check if you have entered everything correctly. If you enter the connection data manually, write it, for example, in a regular notepad. Then, copy from there and paste them into the data entry field.
When copying data, make sure you don’t copy any extra characters or spaces. Also, check if any characters are missing.

I cannot find the required Facebook group in the Connection List

If you are the Facebook group Administrator and have followed all the steps described in the Connection Guidelines but still cannot find your group in the Connection List, proceed as follows:

Go to your Facebook account – 
1. Settings → Business Integrations → Find POSTOPLAN integration → click VIEW and edit:

2. Make sure that all required pages and groups are checked and that all required permissions have been granted. If the checkboxes are missing, check them and click Save.

3. Go to your POSTOPLAN account and try to connect Facebook GROUPS again → missing groups should appear in the list to connect.

If these steps did not work for you please follow our more advanced instructions:
1. Delete all connected Facebook accounts from POSTOPLAN.
2. Delete POSTOPLAN app from Facebook groups.
3. Delete POSTOPLAN from business integrations on this page –
4. Reconnect Facebook to POSTOPLAN (add the POSTOPLAN app to the group after connecting this group to POSTOPLAN).

While connecting, click on the Select what you allow:

In the window that appears, select the groups you need:

Then, all groups in which you are an Administrator will appear in the Connection List to POSTOPLAN.

Instagram blocks my posting due to suspicious activity

The Instagram Security Service detects that you are trying to post from another service and blocks the publishing of these posts.

If you post to Instagram with their official app, these restrictions will be lifted over time, as the Instagram Security Service will be sure that you are a real person posting to the Instagram account and not a bot—and then you can successfully post to Instagram using POSTOPLAN.

Also, in order to remove restrictions as soon as possible, we recommend that you do more activity from the official Instagram app: click on the Like button, subscribe to other accounts, and publish your stories.

Can I connect Pinterest to POSTOPLAN?

At the moment, we’re not working with the Pinterest social network. However, we’re planning to connect it in the future.

Does POSTOPLAN support WhatsApp Business?

WhatsApp Business is a special version of the messenger for business. It is not supported by us.
POSTOPLAN emulates WhatsApp Web and only allows you to post to groups.

Why can’t I scan the WhatsApp QR?

If your QR code is unreadable when connecting a WhatsApp group to POSTOPLAN, please check the following items: 
  1. Internet connection. The code is unreadable due to low Internet speed. 
  2. Ability to connect from other devices. Perhaps the cause of the connection error is your device, so we recommend trying to connect WhatsApp from other devices. Also, try changing to a different browser. 
Please note that you can connect only those WhatsApp groups to POSTOPLAN in which you are an Administrator.
If you still cannot connect WhatsApp to POSTOPLAN, contact our Support Team, providing the results of the two items above as well as the following data:
– how many WhatsApp groups you have in which you are an Administrator;
– what devices you have used to connect WhatsApp and what operating system they have; 
– what browser you have used to connect WhatsApp and what version they are.
Also, please add screenshots of what appears on the screen when you try to connect WhatsApp to POSTOPLAN in your email.

When connecting my Instagram account, why does this social network warn about a suspicious login attempt from an unknown location?

Since the Instagram developers are constantly updating account security systems and increasing its level, this social network requires you to confirm that it is you who are performing these actions when you markedly change your geographic location (geolocation) after the previous login.

Which social networks are free and which are paid on POSTOPLAN?

The FREE status makes it possible to use accounts on 4 social networks and messengers: Facebook (business pages and groups), Telegram (channels and groups), Twitter, and Google My Business — all for free. VIP status allows you to use other paid social networks: Instagram (feed and stories), LinkedIn (companies and personal profiles), and WhatsApp (groups).

How do I transfer my account to another project?

Go to the Accounts section in your personal account:

How can I communicate with my clients via POSTOPLAN?

POSTOPLAN has an Social Inbox function that allows you to reply to private messages and comments on Facebook business pages. You can also label incoming messages as you like, such as flagging messages with important information.

How to post through Instagram API?

We are pleased to inform you that Instagram has officially accepted our request for API access for content scheduling and publishing to their platform!
Now POSTOPLAN users have a choice of connection method:
Method 1  is our unique solution that allows you to publish posts to the feed and stories, as well as create carousel posts, as before.
Method 2  is the official Instagram solution that allows you to post only 1 photo or video to your feed (IGTV, stories, shopping tags, branded content tags, filters and posts with multiple images are not supported).
This method is only available for Instagram Business accounts. If you are planning to publish carousels, videos or stories, just choose the unique POSTOPLAN solution.
To connect your Instagram account, click on the Instagram icon on the “Accounts” page and select the connection method:

“Business” will appear next to the Instagram icon. Thus, you can distinguish your connected accounts from ordinary Instagram profiles that are not related to Facebook:

What are the requirements for directly posting images and videos to Instagram?

Account Type: Only Instagram Business accounts (connected to Facebook pages) are supported.

Number of posts: Each Instagram Business account will be limited to 25 API-published posts within a 24-hour moving period. 

Hashtags: up to 30 hashtags per post

Images must meet the following specifications:

• Maximum file size: 8MB
• Aspect ratio: Must be within a 4:5 to 1.91:1 range
• Minimum width: 320 (will be scaled up to the minimum if necessary)
• Maximum width: 1440 (will be scaled down to the maximum if necessary)
• Height: Varies, depending on width and aspect ratio
• Formats: JPEG

Videos must meet the following specifications:

• Container: MP4 (MPEG-4 Part 14), no edit lists, moov atom at the front of the file.
• Audio codec: AAC, 48khz sample rate maximum, 1 or 2 channels (mono or stereo).
• Video codec: HEVC or H264, progressive scan, closed GOP, 4:2:0 chroma subsampling.
• Picture size:
Maximum columns (horizontal pixels): 1920
Minimum aspect ratio [cols / rows]: 4 / 5
Maximum aspect ratio [cols / rows]: 16 / 9
• Video bitrate: VBR, 5Mbps maximum
• Audio bitrate: 128kbps
• Duration: 60 seconds maximum, 3 seconds minimum
• File size: 100MB maximum

How many social media accounts can I connect to POSTOPLAN?

You can connect an unlimited number of social networks to POSTOPLAN. There are no limits even in the FREE version.

How to grant access to another person to manage your project?

To add another person to your project, go to the Roles and Projects section:

Go to the project you need and click on the “Managers” button:

Then click on “New Manager”:

In the window that appears, enter the manager’s name and email, and select which projects and sections you want him/her to have access to:

Please note that you can only assign a manager to a person who is not registered in the service and whose email is not connected to any POSTOPLAN account!

Then save your changes:

Can I use POSTOPLAN on my mobile device?

Yes. Our service is fully adapted for mobile devices. You can use it on your mobile phone without any restrictions.

Why does POSTOPLAN log me out while the service is in use?

If POSTOPLAN keeps logging you out, most likely the cause is that your IP address changes often.
To increase the security of data transmission between the service and the user, the client’s IP address is used for the authenticated session.
 If you are using any software to dynamically change your IP address (VPN), please disable it while using our service.

How does statistics work?

You can find statistics on posts published using POSTOPLAN in the Statistics section in the left side menu:

In this section, there are 2 graphs:
• Published posts in the last 30 days;
• Statistics for the specified period for selected accounts.

Published posts in the last 30 days” is a line plot of posts published for 30 days. When you hover the mouse cursor over the points on the graph, you can see the exact number of posts published in the selected day:

Statistics for the specified period for selected accounts contain data on likes, reposts, comments, as well as coverage (post impressions):

By default, the graph is constructed for the current month. You can manually select the required period in this field:

The graph shows general statistics for all connected accounts, but you can select the desired one from the drop-down list:

The exact numbers are available when you hover the mouse cursor over a point on the graph:

To hide an unnecessary line from the graph, click on the colored block at the top and the corresponding line will not be displayed in the statistics:

You can also download the graph in .png format to your computer. To do this, select a period for statistics and click on the Save button.

How statistics are collected:
1. For posts published for the last 3 days, statistics are collected every 3 hours.
1. For posts published more than 3 days ago, the data is updated once a week, on the day of the week on which the post was published.
For which social networks statistics are collected?
Statistics are collected for Facebook Pages and Groups, Twitter and LinkedIn Companies.

How do I change the interface theme?

How can I change the interface language?

An error occurred during payment

If you have any errors when paying for VIP/Lifetime VIP, please check the following:

1. Is your payment system supported by POSTOPLAN? You can find a list of supported payment methods here — 
2. The data that you entered for payment. You may have entered incorrect card details.
3. Are there enough funds on the card to make the payment?
4. Limits on how much you can send. To do this, contact the Support Team of your bank and explain to them what and where you are going to pay. 

If all 4 points are checked, and you still cannot pay for VIP, write to our Support Team, providing the data from the above points as well as screenshots of what appears on the screen when you try to make a payment.
