Does Encharge send the emails or I need a separate email service provider?
Encharge sends the emails for you. You don’t need to integrate with an external Email Service Provider.
Can I send one-off newsletter emails with Encharge?
Yes. You can do that by creating a Broadcast campaign — a built-in feature in Encharge available on all plans.
How do I connect my startup product with Encharge, so I get user activity data in Encharge?
There are three main ways to get user data in Encharge: Segment.com integration, Ingest API, and Javascript tracking. Learn more by reading the Developer Documentation or book a call with us to discuss your implementation further.
Can I use Encharge to send cold/outbound emails?
No. Unsolicited emails are not allowed with Encharge. You need the user’s permission in order to send emails to them. In other words, you can only import inbound leads, product users, and contacts that have explicitly given their permission to email them.
What is your email deliverability like?
To offer world-class email deliverability we have partnered with Amazon Web Services. Amazon Web Services is the current market leader in email infrastructure. We also provide free one-on-one deliverability management service to all of our customers.
How do you calculate the number of Subscribers for the plan?
We count all people with email addresses or userIds towards your plan, as well as anonymous people that have entered at least one Flow. Unsubscribed and Archived people are excluded. Learn more about pricing.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Yes! We offer 20% off on all annual subscriptions.
What is the Event limit?
Events in Encharge are page visits, API calls, and Segment events. Check the pricing table to find out what is the limit for your plan based on the number of your contacts.
